PlyTech Futura HPL
European Birch plywood finished on both faces with a premium hard-wearing decorative laminate produced by Unilin. The fine Birch veneer lay-up provides an attractive edge detail, which can be clear finished to emphasise the multi-ply edge detail.
Futura HPL is available in a range of wood faced laminates as well as colours, including Birch Décor – Oak, Birch Décor – Walnut, and Futura Evolve Walnut Ember.
PlyTech Create HPL
Create HPL offers a selection of pre-finished Latvian Birch plywood panels, bonded with a smooth matt anti-fingerprint laminate by Unilin. The range is made up of twelve colours, each chosen to reflect the hues found along Aotearoa’s coastlines.
Create HPL Super Matt is a European high-pressure laminate bonded two sides to Birch plywood. Its key features include a velvety anti-fingerprint matt surface, low-light reflectively. Create HPL is easy to clean and maintain due to it being impact and stain resistant.
PlyTech Polaris HPL
Designed for benchtops, Polaris features European birch finished with a 1mm through-colour matt laminate, smooth and velvety with a unique edge detail. Ideal for cafés, homes, schools, and commercial spaces, it comes in 3m lengths.
Food safety tests (ISO 22196 / JIS Z 2801) confirm a 99.9% bacterial reduction after 24 hours.
Plymasters HPL Italia and Charisma
Excellent for durable, exposed edge - grain cabinetry. A favourite with joiners, this is strong & has an excellent hard-wearing HPL surface. With moisture resistant properties, clashing is not needed in many situations. This product is a cost effective option for kitchen cupboard fronts. The HPL surface is on both faces of the sheet (2F).
Special order laminates
Choose from hundreds of colours and finishes with custom laminates by Abet Laminati – supplied by Design Laminates. This is a special order product which is applied onto European birch plywood in the PlyKea workshop.
